I booked a one-bedroom suite at this hotel for a week during my business trip in March. I had actually stayed here back in 2020, and since I was looking for a proper apartment-style setup without going through the usual “1-bedroom” Airbnb listings that feel more like forcibly divided studios, I decided to return. This time, I booked through Trip.com as it was a lot cheaper than booking direct. Location-wise, it worked perfectly for me as It is less than a 10-minute drive to my distributor’s office in Makati. There is also a convenience store right beside the entrance and a small commercial area at the back, which makes day-to-day errands easy. That said, if you are visiting for leisure, you might prefer staying closer to major malls like Glorietta. My mom had already checked in earlier in the day, but I still needed to get my own key card when I arrived in the evening. Check in was quick, though the front desk agent assisting me was not particularly the most pleasant. She also gave me a hard time regarding the deposit, when I offered my debit card instead of a credit card. My french bank card works perfectly fine for hotel holds in Europe, but here it seemed to complicate things, so I just stuck with the cash deposit my mom had already provided. The suite itself was exactly how I remembered it. Spacious, well laid out, and properly equipped with a kitchen, washer, and dryer. It is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel suite, which is exactly what I wanted. The view of the Makati skyline was also a nice bonus. While everything was clean and generally well maintained, there are small signs of wear and tear if you look closely. Nothing major, just the kind of aging you would expect. One small issue was the iron not working, but it was quickly replaced after I called for assistance. They seem to have changed their toiletries, and I think the ones they have now are better than before. Breakfast, however, was less impressive. It is now served on the 4th floor, unlike during my last stay where it was on the 5th floor by the pool area, though I might be misremembering. The selection changes slightly day to day, but overall it did not stand out. In fact, during my last two days, I let my visitors have the breakfast while I opted to order delivery instead. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, although I could not help but notice that foreign guests, especially white guests received more care and attention. Not only the breakfast and restaurant staff, but most of the staff in the hotel were more attentive and took extra care of white guests. Probably because they tip more than the local guests? Staff would usually surround white guests as they arrive, especially in the breakfast hall, i see the waiters rushing and somehow trying to be the first to assist these foreign guests. I did not get to try the other amenities as I was mostly out for work. Check out was quick, though I had misplaced the deposit stub, so they had to photocopy my passport again to process the refund. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially for a business trip where space and functionality matter. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next business trip to Makati.

“AMAZING! But the pizza...”

It is absolutely an amzing place. Huge apartments and nice restaurant options, swimming pool etc etc. Just ONE thing: we ordered a pizza in the Italian restaurants and it was the most disgusting pizza I ever had in my life. It was supposed to be a pizza with some sausage stuff on top. It was just a flat grease ball haha. Can't believe that a chef would make something like that. The crispy Italian appetizer was not even hot. I hope the other meal options are better :-)

“Location not the best but great hotel”

The location is quite a bit away from all the tourist sites and you have to really take a taxi to them which does add up. The reception area is cool and welcoming and the staff are very accommodating. The daily maid service is very good with two bottles of water being provided daily. One fly in the… more

The location is quite a bit away from all the tourist sites and you have to really take a taxi to them which does add up. The reception area is cool and welcoming and the staff are very accommodating. The daily maid service is very good with two bottles of water being provided daily. One fly in the ointment was the rather high deposit they take on your card for incidentals, this is returned to you when you check out but it is rather high. Overall a good stay.
