“Perfect place for concert goers!”

The entrance for residents and guests are separate which gives the residents their privacy. For the guests, there is a designated lobby. There is only one elevator so we made sure to come down early so that we won't be late for the concert. Solemare is just walking distance from SMDC Festival Grounds so after attending a concert, you won't have to think about how are you gonna get home. The room is very cozy with a beautiful view on the balcony. Toiletries are also provided, wifi is also good, there is a small study table, mini-ref, electric stove and kettle. More of the basic things that you will need as you stay. Their pool is open as early as 6AM however the water is really cold during this time. Really had a good time staying here and will definitely go back here!
