We tried to go on a weekday, selection has shrimp but no other seafood. When it was newly opened so many seafood. Now the selection became smaller but still affordable. Excellent service. Ok taste

We recently stayed at Lime Resort Manila to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with some notable highs and areas for improvement. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. From above, the scenery overlooking Manila Bay is stunning—especially during sunset, which we were lucky to enjoy from the pool area. It created a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A unique touch was the presence of elevator attendants from morning until around 9 PM. While it felt like an unusual use of manpower and space, the attendants were always polite, warm, and greeted us with the sweetest smiles, which added a personal charm to the stay. We also appreciated the small perks like free popcorn and ice cream—these thoughtful additions made the experience feel more enjoyable. However, the hotel’s maintenance needs improvement. The pool, while offering a great view, was quite crowded during the Holy Week weekend. There were also loose tiles and pebbles from the pool gutter that had settled at the bottom, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Additionally, the pool showers were not functioning—three were available, but none were working. The breakfast selection could also be improved. It seemed to cater more toward other Asian foreign guests, with limited Filipino food options, which was a bit disappointing. Our room was modern and comfortable. It featured an iPad system that controlled the TV, curtains, and lighting, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, though the complimentary toiletries could be enhanced—adding lotion would be a simple but appreciated upgrade. The ambiance at the ground floor restaurant was great. However, the drink selection wasn’t particularly appealing. At times, there was a slight unpleasant odor from the bay, which mildly affected the overall ambiance. For the birthday celebration, we reached out in advance and were happy to receive a greeting and a complimentary cake. While the greeting wasn’t personalized, it was still a thoughtful gesture—kudos to the team for that. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the facilities. The resort has great potential and is a nice place for relaxation, but better maintenance would significantly elevate the experience. We’re even considering bringing our big family here by the end of the year—fingers crossed that improvements will be made by then.
