Service is amazing, staff go above and beyond to provide you with extraordinary service. I asked for a packet of salt from a staff member (Asiong) on my floor and he brought me a plate with salt, lemon, and honey!

I've tried The Hyatt and Raffles for weeks before coming here at the Marriott but I've never encountered a kind person named Asiong from the housekeeping department . He offered tea with honey and lemon, some oranges and plenty of water after learning that I have an upper respiratory infection. Management should reward this angel. Kudos to Reggie his boss who is as good as him.

“World class facilities and Helpful staff”

It's near the mall and airport, very accessible. The service is top class. It's so comfortable to stay here. Our family stayed here for 4 nights. I always look for sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. I'm glad they have that here. Enjoyed it.

Not what you typically consider when you think, “Airport Hotel”, this property is far superior from being included in that lowly stereotype group. Not only does it straddle a standard Par 72 golf course, it also boasts a Michelin Star steak house, and is connected to one of the newest and largest casino entertainment and shopping complex in the country. Being a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member I was able to check in earlier than normal and was immediately upgraded to the highest floor available in the West Tower overlooking one of the golf course greens where you can watch approaching golfers which I really enjoyed. Note that there are 2 entrances to this property - Main Entrance and the West Entrance - with their own separate Front Desk staff and Concierge service. The rooms are clean and modern with very comfortable beds containing plush and crisp white linens and pillows. There is a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, glasses, cups, and wine glasses tucked in a drawer above the mini fridge. There is a large bathroom with dual-sinks, a separate toilet area and a walking shower that has a receding curtain for additional privacy. There is a small round table and plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes. There is also a safety box inside one of the drawers to store your computer and valuables. There are a few lounges available inside the property including outdoors seating, however one of my favorite Platinum Elite benefits is having access to the Executive Lounge available on the 2nd floor of the West Wing. This is a large private lounge overlooking the golf course containing several comfortable couches, TVs, tables, free snacks, food (breakfast/dinner), drinks (milk, juices, beer, and liquor), as well as professional wait staff that caters to Marriott’s loyal members. Note that as Platinum Elite members you automatically get free breakfast for 2 that you can use in the main cafe located inside the Main Entrance. This cafe has a good breakfast buffet selection of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, and different breakfast entree selections for around the world including the Philippines. Tip: Make sure you try the Taho (hard to miss) which is a Philippine delicacy made from silky and sweet tofu with tapioca. My other favorite is the infinity pool & hot tub located above the gym in the Roof-deck floor of the West Tower. This pool is open until 10pm and my recommendation is to go there in the evening a couple of hours before it clo ses to enjoy the city skyline view lighted up miles away. There is a bar area at the pool that serves drinks, small bites including burgers. Special thanks goes out to Mark who was very helpful to me and my mom who is in a wheelchair. He helped ensure it was safe for her to ride the handicap elevator, then went above and beyond by getting her coffee and a robe to cover up since she was cold. This added to a special private moment enjoyed by me and my mom that evening. Thanks Mark for your outstanding service to Marriott and its long-term, loyal Bonvoy members! Overall a great stay and definitely a strong consideration for staying here instead of other nearby hotels when visiting the Philippines again in the future.
