Went here with my girlfriend for a second time and again had another wonderful and memorable stay at Seda. Shout out to Sir Bernard who made it extra worthwhile by always greeting us and making sure everything was in order. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was very cozy, clean, and breakfast is always good and fresh. Nice location as it's in the heart of Makati but sadly can't beat the traffic during rush hours. Love the view from the pool and breakfast area as it's high up. They also let us check-out late. Thank you for accommodating us!

Cleanliness:: The pillow carried someone's scent. It was the sweaty smell of a body and got left behind after days or weeks of use. Yes, the pillow themselves need cleaning. Service: The first night was particularly uncomfortable because there wasn't an electric fan available. I'm menopausal, so I tend to feel warm even when the room is around 20°C. I would have gladly paid to rent a fan if one had been available. The air conditioner was also disappointing. Even when set to its lowest temperature of 5°C, the room never cooled below about 22°C. More frustratingly, the cool air seemed confined to the dining area, leaving the rest of the space warm. It took well over 24 hours before the entire room finally felt comfortably cool. Yes, this is even after we called Engineering. Sleep Quality: I ended up sleeping on the sofa for 2 nights because that's the only place that was cooled by the AC. Work Experience: The room didn't have a dedicated work desk, but the dining table worked well as a temporary workspace. The only challenge was that the nearest power outlet was already being used by the floor lamp. Thankfully, Engineering promptly provided us with an extension cord [fee Php500 if taken], which solved the problem. On the bright side, the internet connection was excellent—fast, stable, and reliable enough for work, video calls, and online meetings. Bathroom and Amenities: When we arrived, the body gel and lotion were almost empty. Good thing I was able to squeeze out 2 pumps of the body gel while i was taking a shower. We informed Housekeeping and they replenished it when they cleaned the room. The bidet was broken when we checked in, and we discovered the issue within the first 30 minutes. Engineering arrived and fixed it about 30 minutes later, which we appreciated. Fortunately, we knew how to shut off the water supply ourselves. Otherwise, a significant amount of water could have been wasted while waiting for the repair. One thing that truly stood out was the service. Everyone—from Reception and Engineering to Housekeeping and the buffet staff—was consistently warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Whether it was resolving an issue or simply making sure the dining area was well looked after, the team was efficient and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel like we were staying at a five-star hotel.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is very convenient, easy to find, and highly accessible, which made our visit smooth and hassle-free. The function room was clean and maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated the peaceful ambiance. Even in the dining area, the noise level was very manageable, allowing everyone to comfortably enjoy conversations and the overall experience. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. During meal service, the crew thoughtfully explained the ingredients of each dish, which added a personal and professional touch to the dining experience. The venue itself offers a beautiful view that further enhanced the atmosphere and made our gathering even more enjoyable. Most importantly, our entire team was genuinely satisfied with the exceptional hospitality we received. Everyone we encountered was consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating. Special thanks to King, Ireesh, Ms. Yhe, Massy, and the rest of the team, who greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations and was truly worth every moment. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, delicious food, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. It is evident that the entire team takes great pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience, and it certainly did not go unnoticed.
