“Three days well spent in one of my dream hotel…………...made easier with nice and accommodating staff on the eleventh floor”
Ms. Mai Manriquez took care of our room…she’s nice and easy to approach with a ready smile. This is what i’m looking for in every hotel we stayed. She’s very “magaang na kausap” always wearing a beautiful smile. Even though we’re talking to her she still does her chores.

“Good Service”
Personnel assigned in 11th Flr (Ms Mai Manrique) is very helpful, very polite to customer. The way she communicate with the customer is very good and polite. Cleaning of our room is very detailed and perfect. She even re-visit our room for other concern. Mr. Nonoy Cinco Rm 1160

“Very Good Hotel with nice view”
I love those variety foods in Spiral Restaurant during breakfast especially, it was sensational. The swimming pool area was also superb. “Old hotel”
Buildings were quite old. Restaurant was quite pricey and pool was not as clean as expected. The interiors of the hotel were nice though. They also provided a crib for my baby. Breakfast food in Spiral was typical hotel food. Maybe it would have been better if we had the lunch or dinner buffet.
