“Family trip”

“excellent customer service”
what stands out is the excellent customer service - from the receptionist to the guards, housekeeping, nurse, lifeguard, and cafe staff. they are all a pleasure to work with - seems they are happy and well-suited to this line of work - very proactive and even the leaders are not hesitant to roll up… more

“Needs Renovation”
They gave us 1 queen bed instead of twin beds as originally booked. Parking isn't free, we had to pay 200php for narrow parking and the elevator was slow. Room was clean cold but a little outdated. Still giving 3 stars because the staff members were all courteous.
