Overall, as a start-up for family's accommodation experience, it was a good stay with a reasonable price comparing with its facilities/amenities. Although, this can be improved further through having a proper team to maintain the checking, especially on the upkeep and maintaining cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent with much options to choose. To highlight the best part of the stay are the staff, which the security personnel with narrow eyes(singkit) as I don't know the name, was attentive and very informative of giving options especially in transportation modes. Another is Mr. J-bie Puertollano of housekeeping department whom I had a short conversation prior to check-out, whom a very raw talent which I think will be another valuable asset for the company once develop and groomed to become a future leader. The mentioned staff's if groomed will surely boost the hotel's improvement in the areas of cleanliness, maintenance and information's, as from my insight as a hotelier, the ones that really made guests comes back is not just a brand new facilities, but merely the way it is maintained, the warm hospitality and the broader range of information's and assistance the staff's has to offer.
