We had a great time in Anya and recommend the place! The place is nice, truly resort feels with elegant rooms. The pool is nicely heated so it’s very comfortable for swimming! Though the food is a bit on the expensive side, still tastes good. On the weekend we stayed, they had activities for kids like cookie decorating, crafts, and movie night. I’d also like to commend them on their service — we made a small request for a greeting for our child on his graduation & they wonderfully accommodated it! Thank you Anya for a lovely memorable time for our family!

Good day! We are returning guests and recently brought our parents along for a relaxing family weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and everyone had a great time. The staff were warm, accommodating, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. If we may offer a few suggestions for improvement, we feel that the activity room could be made a bit cozier and more inviting—somewhere families would naturally want to spend more time together. At the moment, the ambiance feels somewhat plain and underutilized, with only a few game facilities available -- it felt like an abandoned room with activities. We also hope the poolside food can be improved. While the prices are on the higher side, the food felt quite ordinary and did not fully match the value we expected. Another thing we noticed was that the heated pool did not seem as warm as it had been during our previous visits. The heated pool has always been one of Anya's highlights for our family, so we were a little disappointed by this. That said, we still had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Our children especially loved the art and cake activities, which were truly memorable for them. Thank you, Anya, for another lovely family getaway. We look forward to visiting again. 🤍

“Good for a weekend getaway”

I absolutely loved the room. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom had double sinks, a tub and walk-in shower. There was a large balcony with a table and chairs surrounded by trees. They provide their own filtered water which I really appreciated. There was a fridge in the room. They did supply some little boxes of cookies as a treat. I thought they were missing out on an opportunity by leaving the fridge empty. I definitely would have bought some items from the mini-bar if it had been stocked. thought they were missing out on an opportunity by leaving the fridge empty. However, one annoying thing was the curtain on the balcony window. It lets in a lot of light so even though there are blackout curtains it's impossible because light was beaming since the curtain was not flush to the wall. Also, if you are scent sensitive, ask them not to spray your room before you arrive there. It had an overpowering floral scent. There are two pools that were fairly large but they were not enjoyable because they were heated to 31 degrees. I couldn't cool off.  There was a breakfast buffet. You could order eggs and we all had the eggs Benedict, which were good. It also had the most delicious plain yogurt. However, that was all that was really good. They had no bread to toast, just some small rolls, unsalted butter and only one jam. The fruit was highly disappointing the first day.  They only had melons.  I wanted some mango so I had to order that and pay extra for it. The next day they had some pineapple and honeydew but that was it. I think they could have more toppings for the yogurt like slivered almonds and some seeds- chia or sunflower.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to tip extra but I asked if I left an extra tip on the bill if they would get it and they told me no. I didn't like that but I didn't have any cash so I felt bad about not having anything extra to leave them.  The staff were all dressed in long sleeve shirts and pants. I didn't ask them if they felt uncomfortable. However, since it was 30+ degrees and it's summer and they were working hard, I'd imagine they would feel warm. In the upstairs restaurant, if you wanted a more fine-dining environment,  you could have them wear long sleeves and trousers. However, down by the pool and the restaurant there, let them wear short-sleeves or polo type shirts and shorts, if they want. It should be more casual around the pool. Also, the music in the restaurant by the pool was classical, which we thought was strange and not fun-inducing. It needs pop music around there, or something lighter.  They had great activities for kids- cookie decorating, pizza making and movie nights. I think there were more but I can't remember. They also had badminton and some other lawn games to play. Overall, I would recommend it. Bring some snacks if you are planning on just parking for a few days and relaxing because there are no chips, chocolate or nuts to buy.
