We arrived a bit late at around 7pm so it didn't take us 3 minutes to be checked in. The room was spacious and the aircon is already running when we arrived so the room is nice and cold. What they can improve: 1. When we arrived, all the drawers are half opened. 2. Phone to call the reception 3. Hot Shower 4. The bathroom has a smell. Not sure where it's coming from. 5. Provide waste basket in the room, not just the bathroom. 6. Wifi - not a major issue though for me. These are the only things that I think the hotel can improve on. Breakfast was good, staff were great (special thanks to Manuel, the security guard at night, for going above and beyond the scope of his work. He gives the guest's car a good wipe in the morning.) This hotel is well situated near rotonda as well. They don't have a restaurant but the fora mall is just 3 minutes walk away if you need something.

“Comfortable and windy Tagaytay”

We arrive a bit earlier from the check-in time which is 2pm but the receptionist accommodate us immediately. We just wait for 10mins for them to check the room. The hotel was located near Rotonda and near the new mall Fora. Our room is located below and at the back of all the rooms. Was nice because it was quiet and the room is in front of a mini pool but the pool or pond was very dirty. Though we did not mind because the weather that time was rainy and windy. They also spray a fabric conditioner if I'm not mistaken to freshen up the room, that I don;t like because I was allergic to fabric conditioner. The room that we booked was a bit small. The TV set was old, a box type I guess. They also provide 2 bottled water. The room does not have any hanger for your clothes to hang or any rack for the clothes. The sheets are ok but there are stains inside the duvet. They also provide towels but the other towel is a bit thin and not as white as the other towel. There's no Wifi in the room, just at the lobby if you want to use their internet and ask the receptionist for the password, At the bathroom, it was small. The water goes out of the shower area to the toilet floor, so the lavatory area and toilet area are always wet. Also, there is a bad smell from the sink or in the toilet. The water from the sink also has a bad smell and the lavatory as a crack tiles. For breakfast, it was an ala cart, and the only available that time was a sweet sausage or longganisa. They will serve you 3 slices of the sausage with rice, the egg is not yet included, so you have to order it if you want. It also comes with fruit salad but does not takes good. They provide coffee only, no other choices. They also have cereals on the side if you want to. The breakfast area is just beside the reception. Good thing, they provide sleepers for the cold floor. The whole place is nice and homey but a bit musty. Just right for a short stay.
