I'm a returning guest here, I will not stay at another hotel because the level of service here cannot be beat. The price has gotten to the point it's becoming more of a indulgence, but everyone needs to spoil themselves once and a while. My kids and myself this is the high point of any visit to Makati. The location is ideal as malls are nearby. The airport is also a short drive. The rooms are spacious and clean. I have stayed here several times and have never had a problem with cleanliness. Wifi is also strong here that you can attend zoom meetings with no interruptions. The hotel staff is where the hotel really shines. They greet you with warmth and respect wherever you pass ANY staff member. From the front door group of Rex and Emman to the front desk staff of Darius, Ralph, Joshua, Pam and Colleen not forgetting the manager Sir Alvin you are treated like family. These people are difference makers because they set the tone for hotel guests upon arrival. They could be slammed with a tour bus arriving full of people., but they have such a professional and warm way of helping you the wait doesn't seem long at all. My children were watched and cared for whenever they would use the pool. I knew they are going to be safe with Danny being the lifeguard on duty. He would greet us every morning with a smile and water wings for the kids. My children got to the point where they would call him Kuya Danny. The firefly restaurant has improved keeps and bounds from my first stay years ago. I recommend the mango shake or the fish and fries. Another option which was a personal favorite of my children was the Spice Cafe on the 7th floor. My kids would wake up early.just to eat there after swimming. I forgot to mention Janel and Myka from Firefly and Gab from Spice for their exceptional service whenever I would eat at eother restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are very spatious and luxurious. For smokers, the terrace is the place. We also had dinner up in the terrace with the kids and it was very nice. We had the pancit and the grilled chicken. One of the things I didnt like so much was that there are only three lifts and, when it gets crowded, it might take a while to catch one. At night there is quite a party in the terrace althought the ambience might not be so kid-friendly. It seems it is a common rendez-vous place for couples of all kinds. The breakfast selection is also really impressive an very tasty.

“2 night delight”

Cracking hotel. Big quality room. Loved the top floor restaurant. Amazing views of the city and nice little pool and jacuzzi up there 2. Very good food 2. Only rating this a 4 as it was so noisy at night. Doors constantly slamming makes sleeping challenging. Loads if nightlife on the door step too.
