⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from Rochelle in Housekeeping. She was always friendly, helpful, and made sure my room was clean and comfortable. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. A real credit to Novotel Acqua Mandaluyong!

“Recommended!”
Jhayar provided excellent assistance, and the girls cleaning on the same floor when we checked in were exceptional and nice to talk to. The receptionist was also exceptional, making us feel very welcome and not intimidated.
