Lorraine is an angel sent here on earth to protect us mortals. The atmosphere is great. The room was fine; everything worked and I did not itch or hear neighbors. Clean. Gym is everything I need.

Privato makati is always my go to go hotel when im in makati. With their nice facilities, great rooms , super clean and spacious rooms,and most all all lahat ng staff are very kind, approachable and giving excellent service. Wil sure wìll go back here again.

The hotel is located in a very secure and quiet place. The room's mostly clean. Ms. Lorraine did a great job assisting us from the moment we arrived unti we leave the hotel. We'll be back again in the future.
