And perhaps most remarkably, all of this comes at a value that is almost impossible to believe given the caliber of the experience. Lihim delivers a level of luxury that would command a far steeper price anywhere else in the world, making every moment feel like an extraordinary gift. The setting itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The views at Lihim are the kind that stop you mid-sentence and remind you just how magnificent this world truly is. Whether you were waking up in the morning, enjoying a meal, or simply pausing to take it all in, the scenery served as a stunning and constant backdrop to an already incredible stay. What sets Lihim apart begins at the top. The leadership team was not tucked away behind closed doors — they were present, engaged, and deeply invested in the guest experience. Angie, the Operations Manager, exemplified what true hospitality leadership looks like, ensuring everything ran with effortless precision. Gil, the Executive Housekeeping Manager, maintained an immaculate environment throughout our stay — every space was pristine and beautifully appointed without exception. And RJ, the Group Executive Chef, along with his incredibly talented culinary team, delivered a dining experience that rivaled any world-class restaurant. While we unfortunately didn’t catch every chef’s name, each dish that came out of that kitchen was a masterpiece, and the passion behind the food was undeniable. The leadership here has clearly built something special, and their personal attentiveness to guests made all the difference. The entire staff carried themselves with a grace and warmth that was both genuine and consistent. From our very first interaction to our last, we were met with the kind of hospitality that you simply cannot train — it has to come from the heart. Our wait staff — Ronald (Supervisor), Frank, Razell, Bryan, and Migs — were absolutely phenomenal. Each of them brought their own personality and charm to every interaction, yet all shared the same commitment to making us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Service was seamless, anticipatory, and always delivered with a smile. But the true stars of our stay were our butlers, Anne and Ching. There is simply no other word for them than omnipresent — and we mean that in the most wonderful way possible. Before a need could even be fully formed in our minds, Anne and Ching were already one step ahead. They were attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overfamiliar, and professional without being stiff. They elevated our entire experience and made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We also have to give a special mention to the spa team. We indulged in four massages during our stay — and not a single one disappointed. The masseuses were skilled, intuitive, and genuinely gifted at their craft. Each session melted away every ounce of tension and left us feeling completely renewed. The spa alone is worth the trip to Lihim. Lihim is more than a resort — it is an experience that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. The breathtaking views, the world-class cuisine, the impeccable service, and the unbelievable value all come together to create something truly extraordinary. If you are looking for a destination where you will be treated with the utmost care, respect, and genuine hospitality, look no further. We will absolutely be back, and we cannot recommend Lihim highly enough.

Great experience! We were well accommodated by our butlers - Claud, Ener and Vic. Our restaurant servers Bryan, Razel and Miggy in Gana were great as well. Highly recommended!
