Our son had a football tournament at the sky pitch mall of Asia, so we decided to turn it into a family staycation booking '3' rooms for 2 nights. The hotel offers great value for money, secure parking, quiet clean rooms good facilities, good pressure for hot and cold water, plenty of lifts that are quick to access, tv stations are 7 Filipino channels no western stations, but has YouTube and Netflix and a fast internet. It is 10 minutes by car from Mall of Asia, though traffic at the mall is obviously very busy. Breakfast is basic Filipino food, you have to pay extra for fruit, no western offerings, coffee but no tea, juices are not fresh but chemical water. At busy times they run out of offerings from the menu quickly. Staff friendly and helpful, we though chose a bad time to check-in at 15:00 as only 3 staff were available so we queued for 25 minutes before reaching the desk. All in all the value, the room quality, the friendly staff make up for the only real minor negative which was the breakfast, we would happily book again.

Upon check-in, the FOA wearing a black corporate uniform was not very welcoming, as she was not smiling and her way of communicating felt somewhat scripted. However, I would like to commend Kaycee, who was very accommodating and helpful. There was also a hassle regarding a Lalamove rider and the security guard. I’m not taking either side since I did not personally witness what happened, but I would like to thank Sir Jeorge and the Security Guard for being very helpful and approachable. You can truly feel the hospitality through his service. I also requested scissors and water around 11:55 PM or 12:00 midnight. Unfortunately, it took around 15–20 minutes for the items to arrive, and I was almost finished with what I was doing by the time they were delivered. When I removed the blanket, I noticed a stain on it. I decided not to report it anymore because it was already 1:09 AM and I really wanted to sleep. I didn’t want to stress myself further. Despite this, I really appreciated HSK Edward. When I requested an additional pillow, he initially informed me that there would be a PHP20 charge, but when he delivered it, he told me that it would be FOC. I really appreciated the gesture, especially after the earlier incident with the Lalamove rider and the delay with my requests. I went down around 6:16 AM to request a late check-out, and Sophie was kind enough to grant us a 3:00 PM late check-out. This was very helpful for us since my mom’s flight is at 7:00 PM. Overall, the room was good. I especially appreciated Sir Jeorge, the bellman, for being very welcoming, as well as HSK Edward, Kaycee, and Sophie for their helpful and accommodating service. Despite some issues during our stay, their hospitality made a positive difference in our experience.
