“Good location.. polite staff”
This hotel is in a good location, near the convention center. Literally walkable to ICON, a 7-11 and a huge lifestyle mall . Room not that spacious but functional and comfortable. “Ok but need to do better”
Location good but can’t put my finger on it something is missing. The windows at the front as you walking in look dirty and staff are friendly but not the extra mile. Room great very clean quiet.The bed mattress was not good I believe needed changing springs had gone I would say Richmond is better.… more

“Not up to Courtyard standards”
This is a good hotel just for the premium price they ask it's not good enough: - slow check-in since they spent a lot of time selling walk-in clients: why do the prepaid once not get priority? - on the first pool visit (16:00) no attendant is around so no towels... Had to chase him down via recep… more
