“Lovely hotel, good facilities and friendly staff”
Excellent hotel, facilities as described. Very clean. Breakfast well worth paying the extra for (we did this at the time of booking) The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. “Best hotel to stay”

“Nice hotel loud tram noises”
Nice clean hotel with tran stop outside and train stop 500m away so easy to ride to town or airport , breakfast was fantastic staff great only issue was room was 3nd floor deluxe next to street so could hear tram every 8minutes outside so was loud enough to be annoying , I asked reception for chang… more

“Nice hotel”
Just arrived home after a 3 night stay here. The rooms were well equipped and large in size with a lovely and powerful shower. The beds were extremely comfy and we always got a good night sleep. “Decent”
Hotel was fine. Room we got given had no working air conditioning. My issue was handled but it took longer to resolve the with technicians coming twice and a receptionist sending then a third time. We moved room- the room we moved to was better for air conditioning but smaller. Breakfast is average… more
