“Perfect location”
Beautiful hotel , lovely helpful staff the only fault i could find was that our room faced the rear of the property so no view as a stained glass window, would 100% go back though and ask for a front facing room. The hotel is in a great location so central.

“Excellent location, staff and room”
We stayed 5 nights and loved this hotel. Rooms are excellent and clean, breakfast was a good variety and fresh. The added touch of bubbles on arrival was fantastic. This hotel is in the heart of old town krakow and amazing. We would highly recommend and would definitely return if we come back

“Betmanowska Residence, Old Town, Krakow 5*”
A beautiful room (more like a suite) overlooking the stunning main square, Rynek Glowney, right in the heart of Krakow. Artur and the other reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
