“Lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel staff friendly and helpful room was nice and clean although it's an older building it's looked after well breakfast was good plenty to eat. It's close to everything Ideal place to stay .

I stayed for 2 nights, breakfast included last week, in a twin room at the front of the hotel. It had a bathtub and balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. There was a fridge and safe, also complimentary water and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedlinen felt lovely. I never heard a sound from guests in other rooms, lovely and quiet. The breakfast selection was very good. Scrambled egg, two types of sausage which vere very tasty. There's also the usual, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, salads, cereals, fruit, juices, breads, and lovely cakes to have with tea/coffee. There's a shop across the road for drinks/snacks. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. If you're getting the train from the airport, get off at Krakow Grzegorzki station, which is a few minutes' walk away. Grzegorski is the next stop after the main Krakow Glowny station. You can buy a ticket from the conductors on the train. Trams pass by outside the hotel and are very frequent and easy to use. Trams 3 and 24 take you to the old town in one direction and, in the other, to the Ghetto area, Schindler Factory Museum, and don't miss Plaszow. They are in the middle of building a museum at Plaszow, so it will get much busier in the future. The heart of the Jewish Quarter is around the corner from the hotel and easy to get around. There's also an outside area, I never got the chance to use it, but it looked nice. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Quiet hotel in an excellent location for visiting Kazimierz with all of it's restaurants and bars (and locations from Schindler's List) Tram stop and pick up point for tours only a minute away. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Good sized clean room (but looking a bit dated now....little has changed since I was last here in 2008) Very decent bathroom.

Lovely little hotel that's very central for getting around Krakow! Most things arr easily walkable and there is a tram stop outside. ( you can hear these if your at the front and a light sleeper uou can ask for a rear room) Rooms were all very clean( there was a group of 10 of us in 5 rooms !) We were very happy with the price for the rooms! A fantastic breakfast was also included with a warm selection and cold meats and cheeses etc All staff we dealt with were very helpful prior to our trip( they booked trips to Auschwitz Birkenau and the salt mines as well) and during our stay they also arranged a shuttle bus to and from the hotel for all of us as well!
