“AMAZING HOTEL. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF”
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC... amazing very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stops on train and your at krakow main station and only 2 minutes walk from train station to hotel. “Good place to stay”

Very easy to find and access. Not wheelchair friendly as no rooms downstairs that we could see. Was easy to check in and out, had storage facilities if you needed to use them. All staff very very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Air fresherner in the room could feel over… more

We got a good deal unfortunately I did not notice whilst booking that the aparthotel has no lift. The room was basic but comfortable. we had a bath that included a shower hose but there was nothing on the wall to hook the shower hose up to!
