“You must stay here”
By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Beautiful, clean, good service and great location. I will never stay at another hotel if I ever visit krakow again. Please keep up the great work and maintain this high level of standard.

“Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and wonderful staff”
I took my daughter here and it’s a beautiful hotel. We got upgraded and a beautiful card, flowers and cake for her birthday. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The spa is amazing. “Lovely hotel in beautiful Krakow.”
Lovely hotel, the guest services were excellent. Our driver picked us up for our Auschwitz tour @ 0550. The staff had 2 “to go” boxed breakfasts ready for us prior to leaving for the tour. The heated bathroom floors are fantastic!

“Second Tine was not the Charm”
This is the second time we stayed here. Our room was comfortable but the air conditioning didn’t work properly.
