We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and it’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The reception and bar areas are impressive — stylish, welcoming and gives a sense of luxury from the moment you arrive. The spa facilities are modern and very well maintained. The little touches really make a difference — chocolates left on the bed each evening and a glass of champagne on arrival were a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very well kept, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The room was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk from Krakow Square, making it perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all close by. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

Our stay at H15 Palace Kraków was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel delivered a true five-star experience in every sense. The location is brilliant — right at the Old Town Square — making it incredibly easy to explore Kraków’s historic center. Despite being in the heart of the city, our room was completely quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The property itself is stunning, combining historic elegance with modern luxury. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel offers excellent value for money considering the level of luxury and service. A particular highlight was the spa. The facilities were top-notch, providing a serene atmosphere, and the massage was absolutely fantastic — one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly sets H15 Palace Kraków apart is the staff. Every member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Their care and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the hotel. This hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and location. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will be recommending it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Magnificent building, superb location and genuine Polish hospitality. My husband and I arrived to a handwritten note from the manager and a platter of handmade sweets. Our room was incredibly quiet and spacious with a huge (and arguably the most comfortable) bed we’ve encountered. Absolutely loved touch button blackout curtains. Nightly turn-down service with traditional Polish chocolates felt like the ultimate “welcome back” after a long fay of exploring beautiful Krakow. The massive marble bathroom with heated floors, top of the line toiletries, oversized towels and robes made the luxury feel consistent. From the warm Polish welcome to the faultless service, this hotel truly embodies the very best of Kraków’s world-class hospitality. Last but not least. My husband and I wanted to share our sincere thanks for Arsenii at the Front Desk. He was exceptionally helpful during our stay and made these two Canadians feel so welcome.

I booked a 5 night stay for my husbands 60th birthday. We have never been to Poland before and Auschwitz was something we’d both wanted to see for many years. After some research online I booked the H15 Palace and upgraded to a junior suite for the occasion, with breakfast, which was approx £2,200. I organised a private car from the airport via the Hotel concierge, which was on time, and a very professional company, for a further 190 Zloty. The same private hire car company took us to Auschwitz 850 Zloty and drove us back to the airport to leave 190 zloty. The Hotel itself is a very good location, right in amongst the local attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping areas, and the road is a straight line to the square and castle beyond. First impressions inside the hotel, the reception staff are all relatively young, spoken English is okay but they do speak incredibly fast, and some words are lost. The hotel is clean, and very well furnished. The suite room was very disappointing. It had a large curtain from one end of the room to the other, and when we tried to open the curtain it soon became clear that the majority of the wall was in fact bricked up and a fake window, leaving us with one small window which made the room dark. You have a small mini bar area with a kettle, very stingy on the milk, so if you like your tea and coffee on the milky side, you will need to go to a local shop to buy some milk, or pop to Costa which is a few minutes walk. There is a 2 seater sofa and 1 chair with a small tv on one wall and a mirror. The bed, although large, is very hard and the pillows are like bricks. The bathroom is large, there is no separate shower and bath even though there is plenty of room, but they opted for a very large wall length double sink vanity unit, a shower bath and a small toilet. I honestly do not think the price of the room reflects what we actually got. The breakfast room is lovely, very light and airy, a good set up of tables and the self serve areas have really lovely food. There is a small chef area for making the small cooked menu. The staff are all extremely polite and helpful, and again very young bar the chef. My only criticism being that it took a while to get coffee and several times we had to ask again for the second coffee - they only made 1 when we ordered one each. The Bistro downstairs we ate at once. The food was very nice, very small portions, not badly priced, with young staff members. I did note an amount added to the bill on paying, which when I questioned, I was told is a gratuity. I asked if this was mandatory or voluntary, one member of staff said mandatory, the other said voluntary, at which point the rather forceful wine waiter came over to say that it’s mandatory as we are staying in such a nice hotel. I genuinely have no problem tipping. However, as we are already paying for an expensive hotel room, and food, to then be forced to pay gratuities seems excessive. I paid cash. I needed some change. The waiter then had the cheek to ask me if I needed the change. I simply said, I’ve already paid a tip, I’m not paying another one. We didn’t go back to The Bistro or to the Michelin restaurant in the hotel after this experience. We did explore the swimming pool and spa area with a view to booking in. However, I felt the spa prices were on the high side. £700+ for a 3 hour experience, I wondered if the products might be luxury brands like Gatineau or even La Prarie for that cost but I couldn’t see any specific luxury product branding at the spa desk or near the member of staff we spoke to. Checking out was pretty easy process. We were only asked at that point if our stay was okay. When I mentioned our disappointment at the room, I was told by the reception member of staff that we should have mentioned this earlier, as we had been there for 5 nights. I genuinely think that the staff at the hotel should care enough about their guests to ask them how their room is, especially when you walk past the concierge and reception area many times a day and they say hello. The room cleaning was okay. Although they did not clean our room at all on the Sunday - no idea why - which is fine, had they left spare toilet roll or tissues the day before, so we went to a local supermarket to buy more. My overall score is a 3 for the staff and how we felt treated as paying guests, however if I was simply scoring the hotel and the hotel location, it would be a 4. We would definitely go back to krakow, not sure about going back to this hotel.
