Great location as only a short walk to main square, castle and lots of restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable - quiet and have everything you need. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from and we enjoyed a drink/cuppa in the bar lounge area after a long day of exploring this lovely city. The staff could not have been more accommodating and allowed us to have a late checkout on the last day (2pm) to accommodate a return from an early morning tour. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area that would be great in the summer but we benefitted from the cosy indoors as temperatures were cooler when we visited. A lovely hotel. I’d definitely recommended and will use it again when I next visit.

We visited here in February, we booked two double rooms and both were very clean and well decorated. It was quite cold outside but lovely and warm in the rooms. Well stocked coffee and teas and basic toiletries in bathroom. The location was brilliant only 10 minutes to the main square but right by the hotel were some lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets for basic essentials. We had breakfast included which was in a room downstairs and never got too busy, good selection of continental and drinks to start your day off well. Would happily return here.

I stayed at this hotel in march this year. Due to one of our party having an accident we had to stay in krakow for a further 5 days. I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. the manager Lukasz cedzidlo went above and beyond to help us with the hotel arrangements on a daily basis, also with taxis to and from the hospital. He couldnt have done enough for us. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend anyone to stay here. All the staff were friendly & nothing was a bother to them. We thank you so much. I stayed 2 nights at the Leonardo with breakfast included. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot across the road from Planty park. Its nicely decorated wirh an outside patio area. I had a double room, the bed was huge and comfortable with nice linen. The shower was good with shower gel/shampoo at hand. There's a fridge, kettle, coffee maker with complimentary water, tea, coffee, sugar. Breakfast was very nice, the usual scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, hash browns. Also cold deli, cereals, yoghurt, cakes etc. I especially like the cherry cake 😋 and the coffee was lovely. Staff were very pleasant. An all round nice atmosphere. Only negative was the room was very warm at night so I kept the window open all day and night which gave some comfort. I would go back again.
