“Excellent hotel for a family”

Loved this accommodation thru Gate 1 Danube River Cruise with Poland. The evening meal and service we had here was outstanding! Breakfast offerings were also good, but disappointed made to order egg station was not open when we arrived for breakfast either morning. With the help of kind staff in bar, we were able to experience a vodka flight here. Also, upon leaving we were given a pretzel to enjoy!

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We stayed 5nights when temperatures outside were reaching 38degrees. But you would never know it once inside the hotel. From the welcoming blast of Aircon when you went through the hotel door to fully adjustable and effective Aircon in our room. Beds were extremely comfortable and curtains fully blackout which led to us having a great night's sleep. These are the things that are most important to us when we go to a hotel. Also very clean and reception very helpful. Checkout on the last day is 12 which is also great. The hotel is near the train station and a big shopping centre but is only 10/15 minutes walk to the main square. This suited us as we got trains to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Only 2 little niggles. We found food and drinks to be expensive in the hotel and mostly out of our price range. Also on the last morning we were relaxing in our room waiting to go to the airport when there was a Knock on the door. Before I could get up to answer it the supervisor housekeeper had already opened the door and was in our room. This was at 10.30am and checkout was 12. We had a sign on the door not to come in. It felt intrusive. She needed to give time for us to get to the door. Before that last morning I couldn't fault the hotel.

Very well located hotel, just a short stroll from the Old Town and directly next to a shopping centre, train station and bus station, making it an extremely convenient base for exploring Kraków. The lobby is inviting, comfortable and stylish, creating a great first impression. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and their traditional Kraków attire was a lovely touch that added local character to the experience. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained. The inclusion of slippers was also appreciated. Everything felt well thought out and of a very high standard. Overall, the hotel delivered a near five-star experience, even if it does not offer all the facilities typically associated with a five-star property. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
