“Brilliant”
Absolutely loved this hotel, dont think I've met more friendlier staff anyway who couldn't do enough to help. Room was lovely, cleaned every day and the mini fridge was constantly topped up. Brilliant location as well. Thank you we will be back 👍

“100% recommend, fantastic hotel!”
Fantastic hotel, very attentive, lots of extras we weren’t expecting, gorgeous food, and lovely staff. It’s also right next to a train station which takes you to Auschwitz, Salt mines, central town, and the airport. Honestly everything was perfect, the staff where so friendly and made us feel at home and relaxed. Lovely extras in the room which were such a lovely surprise mini fridge stocked and bottle of prosecco. “Dark room with no where to put anything”
Hated the dark bedroom and bathroom. Didn't like living out for a suitcase for 5 days. It did say if you wanted they could ring up wardrobe but if you can fit one in do so. No drawers. Public areas and breakfast was great just didnt like the room
