Lovely hotel, the rooms are very modern with remote control lighting, blinds and heating, there’s a complimentary coffee machine and mini bar, our room on the 3rd floor had great views with floor to ceiling windows, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, staff at reception and bar/ restaurant are lovely and very helpful, slight downside is some noise from adjacent train lines but once you get used to it, you don’t really notice it. Airport pickup and trips were organised from uk via hotel reception we Would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel.

“Lovely cosy hotel”

Lovely cosy hotel in the centre of Krakow, great location, clean, comfortable and quiet… bed was really comfy. Staff were great and friendly, even made us a packed lunch for our visit to Auschwitz that they had ready for 6am! Hot tub at the top was great, lovely and clean. Would definitely recommen… more

“Great choice in Krakow”

The location is excellent, both for its accessibility from the airport but also its proximity to local amenities and attractions. We stayed here in August 2025 on a short city break and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, both for its accessibility from the airport but also its proximity to local amenities and attractions. Customer service in the hotel was excellent and staff were both friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels were to a reasonable standard although bathroom amenities could perhaps improve. One slight suggestion would be that on the table inside the room, they minimise how many items there are. However, overall, the room was uncluttered and furniture was well positioned to make the most of the space. The tablet in the room that controls the lighting, TV, AC and even blinds, was a nice feature. Our booking included breakfast which was fairly typical and we also ate at the restaurant which we would recommend. Overall, we would recommend The Loft and would happily stay here again.

“If you like a quiet bedroom and sleep this isn’t for you.”

Just got back from five days in krakow at the loft hotel, I try and give a fair review so here we go. On the plus side it’s close to the centre of town probably a ten to fifteen minute walk and mostly all flat, the hotel is clean with all the usual bits you would expect from a four star hotel altho… more

Just got back from five days in krakow at the loft hotel, I try and give a fair review so here we go. On the plus side it’s close to the centre of town probably a ten to fifteen minute walk and mostly all flat, the hotel is clean with all the usual bits you would expect from a four star hotel although the bedroom lacked a wardrobe and cupboard space so you need to live out of a suitcase, ideal for a overnight business stay or two but no more, also next to the train station for easy access. On the minus side it’s very noisy and although you can’t here the trains it’s right on the main road with traffic and trams running every ten minute from 4am to 11pm and traffic noise and the sirens from emergency services so we got very little sleep. The windows are double glazed but did little to drum out the noise and I feel this hotel would benefit from an additional set of double glazing. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of good restaurants in krakow so you won’t starve.
