“Perfect food, perfect service, this hotel is just great! For see it, you have to visit.”
Great hotel, fantastic food and service. This hotel is perfect for families. Very nice swimming pool. The best is Kids Club, you can stay with your child or go to do something else, if there’s any problem, they will call you. I will come back there.

The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. “really nice hotel with great concierge service”
Great place, comfortable bed, quiet, great location. Very friendly receptionists and bartenders, the concierge Tatiana was awesome and very helpfull. Probably not the cheapest hotel, but it is really nice and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. See you in winter.
