“Excellent hotel”
Had a wonderful time at sofitel warsaw. Excellent service and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was willing to help and assist us. Breakfast was of very high standard. Bathroon in the Suites on 6th floor has been recently updated

“Fantastic!”
All amenities are fantastic especially the breakfast, everything was delicious, great quality. Very professional staff who are lovely and efficient, particularly Agata who is a delight.

This hotel did not feel like a five-star hotel nor the Sofitel brand. Receptionist staff were unwelcoming, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (felt like a sleeping sofa) and the rooms were very outdated. The shower is both slippery and with low water pressure.
