Fantastic stay , great hotel, food was excellent, the best breakfast options ever! Zuzanna the waitress was an absolute star, ate here 2 out of the 3 nights, beer in the brewery was good, our rooms were tip top and beds very comfortable. Hotel location great also with it being next to train stattion. Everyone in our party really enjoyed it here and we all said we will definately return. Highly Reccommend.

“Perfect for a long weekend trip!”

We stayed in Gdansk for four days in the beginning of February. Our room was beautiful and super spacious. There was a little draft from the window, but the AC kept us warm. The hotel is right by a main road, so we could hear some traffic noise in the room. It usually quieted down at night, and since I wear headphones to sleep, it didn't really bother me. The staff was amazing and spoke English well. We checked out the hotel restaurant on our first day, and the waiters were awesome too! The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the old town and Forum. We used Uber a lot, so the drop-off spot at the railway station (right next to the hotel) was super convenient. All in all, it's a beautiful hotel in every way! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

“Nice hotel but noisy!”

Overall we really liked the actual hotel itself and breakfast was excellent. The main thing that let this down was the location which can’t be changed. Good points.. Nicely appointed hotel, very modern, clean rooms. Bathrooms were excellent with heated flooring & even the mirror. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice, continental meats, veg, cereals, pastries, hot foods, breads, fruits etc etc. really enjoyed the breakfasts here. We used the downstairs restaurant & bar in the two nights we stopped here. The beers were not to our taste and we tried them all! But service was great, very efficient and food all really nice and tasty. We stayed here purely for convenience as it was so cold when we stayed. It would have been nice to have a residents only bar though as the main bar was very busy with clearly non residents. Hotel was great value for money. Not so good bits.. Upon arrival our WiFi did not work in our 3rd floor room. We reported this several times. We were told by the receptionist that it wasn’t working anywhere in the hotel and it was being “ looked at”. We heard nothing more about it from her. I had to sit in reception to do some business work but was disturbed by the same receptionist talking non stop! We were talking to other guests that evening and they said their WiFi was working fine, so we clearly had been told some untruths. The following morning WiFi was still not working in our room but worked from floor 2 downwards. We again reported it and there was a different receptionist working who immediately offered us a room upgrade on floor 2 which we took. End of the WiFi problem. The actual location of the hotel was not the best. It was around a 10 minute walk to the old town BUT immediately outside the hotel is a 6 lane road (very busy) with a tram track down the middle. The back of the hotel is the train line and 400 metres down the side road is the police station. Needless to say the noise from all elements was awful! A constant drone of traffic, busy well into the night. There was a pedestrian a crossing by our room which makes a constant tick,tick sound! Then there were police sirens even in the middle of the night. Hotel itself great but it is just too noisy!
