“Utterly brilliant!”
'Only' stayed here on a work trip (not my first Ibis, but my first in Poland) but the staff were brilliant. Doesn't it make you feel bad how the rest of the planet often has better English than you? “Wonderful hotel”
A first rate hotel in a perfect position for reaching both transport links to the airport( 10 minute walk to railway station and bus 210) and accessing the old town and Christmas Market(10 minute walk.) “Great hotel”
Really nice hotel in a great location. I contacted the hotel with a request for birthday decorations and Aleksandra organised a cake from a local bakery which was delicious and just what I was looking for. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

“Excellent choice near train station”
This Ibis is within a short walk from the Train Station and also within easy walking distance ( I am disabled and walked with a cane) from all the major sites. Excellent breakfast buffet, water bottle refilling stations near the elevator. Staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English.… more

“Accosted by staff/ stuffy rooms”
Go somewhere else . The rooms are warm & musty, you can’t control the temperature, it set to 75 degrees so air control is false advertisement. Can’t open the windows, no screens, you will get raided by mosquitoes. Room is super basic, horrible pillows. No one told us checkout time, & we checked out… more
