“Exceptional Service”
This is a very nice hotel short walk away from the town center and the university. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The furniture are in need of replacement but still functional. Our connecting rooms even had views of university and surrounding. What impressed me the most was the staff.… more

Only about 5 minutes' walk from the city centre, along the Rua Santa Sofia. Very comfortable and clean hotel with good breakfast buffet - all the usual options. Busy one morning with a large tour group but it as handled very professionally. Garage parking in the basement, at a cost per night.

“Good budget option”
The hotel was fine and provides all the necessities. It is an older hotel and shows some signs of wear but is perfectly adequate and I thought was a good option for the price. We did not care for the hotel bar/restaurant. The prices seemed high and the food was good but nothing exceptional.
