“Amazing!”

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay was amazing and we had to share! You will not get a better location than this! Central to all the hot spots, sightseeing, shopping, food & drink and night life. Everything is walking distance and if you can’t walk somewhere there is easy public transport… more

“An absolute GEM”

When I was browsing for hotels to stay in Lisbon, I came across Augusta Residence serviced apartments. I was skeptical to book here at first because there weren’t as many reviews of this properties as other apartments/hotels. But the reason to this is that they only have 5 apartments in this property. This GEM is located at the heart of Lisboa. You can’t get a better location elsewhere. It’s a one-minute walk from metro, two minutes away from bus station. The supermarket is 50 meters away and the city’s best restaurants right downstairs from the apartment. The apartment is spotless. Modernly furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped, beyond our expectations actually. The owner pays much attention to detail that everything you might need is already provided, like detergents, extra rolls of toilet paper, hairdryer , toaster, etc. The apartment is spacious and the photos you see are true to reality. It is such great value for money because you actually book a 2 bedroom apartment in a superb location for a price of one small room in a distant hotel. It’s AMAZING for families. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa bed can fit two adults. I saw some comments mention that the bathroom is sewage smelling, but I think it’s exaggerated. The bathroom relies on a small fan for ventilation and that’s why it sometimes smells. But if you keep the fan on for 10 minutes everything will be fine. Room cleaning service is excellent with a fresh set of towels everyday. Checking in can’t be easier because you don’t waste time at a front desk ( there is none) especially when you have kids who are tired after a long journey and need to sleep. I definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay again when in Lisbon. One thing I would like to suggest to the owner is to provide one washing machine for the whole property, because families staying here often need to wash their clothes. But anyway laundry service is near (500 meters away on Rua da Madalena 231) The owner is easily reached by email and responds promptly to any questions or requests. Thank you Pedro and Alexandra
