“Welcoming staff”
The hotel was very hospitable and welcoming the entirety of our stay. The room attendant Carla was awesome and made sure our room was set each day. There were great views from our room and the hotel accommodated us whenever we needed. Friendly staff that helped make our time in Lisbon memorable.

“A Very Pleasant Stay”
The hotel was welcoming and quiet comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.l My only complaint was that despite the pleasant weather, each night I returned to a very cold room because the chambermaid had set the temperature at 16 with the air conditioning running.

Friendly staff, wonderful location. Bed was confortable and bedrooms were average size. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety, but everything looked fressh. The hotel is dated and needs some refurbishments. Cleaning was not perfect as there were hairs in the shower. Shower drain did not work prope… more
