“Fabulous”
We needed to get the room changed from above the restaurant and smell but were then given a room on level 2 which was fabulous. Location is great for the Basilica, steps and park gardens. Restaurant staff were a bit disappointing with pretty poor service.

“Hospitality at its best !”
We had just finished the walk up the 600 stairs to the cathedral of Bom Jesus with our 5 and 8 year olds. They were very excited but also very thirsty. “Friendly and helpful staff saved the day!”
The Hotel is need of some modernisation in the rooms BUT it was clean and functional. The staff were all extremely friendly and the evening meal fabulous.
