I stayed here for 2 nights in October with friends whilst touring the area on motorcycles, staff are really helpful, although the hotel is on the edge of the town it is only a short walk or a taxi into where there are numerous restaurants, our rooms look as if they had been recently renovated, they are spacious, well equipped with an enormous shower and a comfortable bed, the buffet breakfast has an extensive choice, I would certainly stay again.

“Motorbike friendly good staff”

We had a good stay the room was big and had a excellent breakfast the staff on reception very helpful with directions to petrol station. The bar was cheap with good service I would recommend and stay again

This is a neat and well appointed 3 star hotel nestled in the district of Braganca located in the northern region of Portugal. The front office staff Paulo Rodrigues was very polite and helpful. He assisted us with every little request that we made and was courteous. Paulo ensured that we felt comfortable and this prompted us to extend our stay the Hotel. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to other travelers who wish to visit Braganca as the location of the Hotel captures the best views of the Brigantine Lifestyle and also the front facade opens into the view of a Castle sitting atop the hill. Breakfast is ample and filled with all regional delicacies.

Huge older hotel on the outskirts of Bragança (massive concrete construction from probably the 80s), a tad too far away for a pleasant walk into town. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. While the lobby felt cold, dark and unpleasant, the lady at reception was friendly and spoke excellent English. COVID measures were taken seriously and temperature of arriving guests was checked. The hallway on our floor was disgusting - obviously it hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Never seen such a messy hallway in any hotel around the world, seriously. In contrast, the room was clean, adequately furnished and came with a nice view. Water pressure was fine, which we didn’t take for granted given some earlier experiences on higher floors in hotels of a similar age. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep, especially after a long day of driving (even though the windows were not really soundproof). The breakfast room was not too inviting and the items themselves rather bland. However, the staff was very friendly and the COVID rules well observed (sort of an ‘untouchable’ buffet behind plastic partitions, with guests being served by staff). All in all, a solid experience. Not overwhelming, not terrible (apart from the hallway cleanliness) - quite average.
