I stayed at the Hotel on June 23 after a very stressful travel day (wallet was lost). The customer service that I received from Renata was excellent. Renata was able to resolve my concerns and got me checked in quickly. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The lobby was very comfortable with seating both inside the lobby and outside. I was able to store my luggage until my departure time. I certainly would recommend the Hotel room stay over the apartment style rooms. Thank you for your excellent customer service and a nice stay. Regards Bruce Wood

I stayed here for the last couple of days of my tour from September 25-27/25, this hotel was the nicest hotel we stayed in, and the funniest part was this hotel was located in GAIA which is like a suburb of Porto from what I gathered. My room was a suite which had a couch, tables, chairs, lamp, side table, a cabinet with a tv showing a slideshow, and a large size fridge, then the bed was in the other room with a tv, a luggage rack, a wide table and a chair, the bathroom had a shower tub, sink and bidet and toilet. The lobby area had dark laminate plank style flooring with seating around the area, and reception on the left as you come into the hotel from outside. For breakfast there were pastries, eggs different ways and other items, juice and coffee as well and plenty of seats. I really liked this hotel but if I could I would stay here again but I wasn’t a fan of the staying on one side of the city in a farther suburb and having to travel around to other areas by local transport so in this case I was okay because they brought us around the different areas. 5 of 5 for a beautiful hotel 5 of 5 for a nice amount of food and drink for breakfast 5 of 5 for a gorgeous suite I stayed in 5 of 5 overall everything this hotel was

“Great hotel”

We had a 3 night stay here. It’s a little on the outskirts but a taxi to the Luís bridge was only around €5/6. Also, it’s only a 20minute downhill walk - imagine a bit longer on the way back. We had a 3 night stay here. It’s a little on the outskirts but a taxi to the Luís bridge was only around €5/6. Also, it’s only a 20minute downhill walk - imagine a bit longer on the way back. We mainly chose it because of the parking - the receptionist advised us to use the secure underground car park (which was free) rather than their outdoor parking lot in front of the hotel. Greeted as Diamond at check in and offered breakfast for my welcome amenity. Our room wasn’t ready so we had a late lunch while we waited. Food took a little time to arrive - but was good when it did - and we were offered complimentary bread, olives and dip to compensate. We booked a one bedroom Queen suite which was nicely spacious. There was no Diamond upgrade offered but then again I didn’t ask for one as we were happy with our chosen room - which we booked with points, just 68k for the 3 nights. We used the seating area as our dressing room rather than to sit in as we planned on being out all day, every day. The bed was comfy and clean and there was a fair size wardrobe with the usual iron, ironing board and safe. There was a coffee machine but as is becoming more frequent, no kettle to make tea. We were on the fifth floor and had a great view of the building works happening opposite. There was no noticeable noise or disturbances from this so the double glazing was good. The crane putting a tipper truck into a huge hole then lifting it out full of earth kept my husband well amused!!! Sad to say we had SOAK toiletries in the bathroom, it’s a good job I take my own. Bathroom itself was clean and spacious. The shower was over the bath with a rain shower head and a hand held - but nowhere to place it other than the waist height holder. We had drinks in the bar one evening but the bar menu doesn’t match the one on the app. Neither did the restaurant food. They have rebranded the restaurant and bar - and increased prices (a single cognac had gone up by €3 for the same brand) and said they were waiting for the app info to be updated. The ground floor is open and Alfredo, the robot hoover, is constantly cleaning and moving out of people’s way. It even tells you when it’s going back to recharge. Lots of places to sit inside and outdoors in front of the hotel. The area around the hotel isn’t the smartest but it’s only a 20minute walk to the Luís bridge. There was a launderette 5 minutes walk away which we made use of. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Porto.
