“Highly recommend”
I really recommend this hotel, from the ultimate guest comfort to the interesting hotel set in the centre of Porto walkable to all of the sights. It was clean and quiet and great front of house team.

“Tranquil, informal bliss”
PortoBay Flores exceeded our expectations. The staff were universally helpful. Our room and bathroom were both superb. The bar/cafe was laid back and served a delightful light menu. “Enjoyed the stay”
we enjoyed our stay especially during the festa! We were right in the heart of it! The staff was amazing - the wait staff in the bar/bistro couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. the breakfast staff needed more help but did a good job. “Pleasant stay in Porto!”
Everything was lovely. We would have given 5 stars overall, but the carpets leading to the guest rooms were very dirty. Other than that, rooms were lovely, staff was friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
