“Great Experience”
fantastic hotel! great location, beautiful decor and immaculately presented. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of Porto city and the river. “Best stay in Porto”
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The pool area is also a great place to relax. We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace next to the pool.

“Excellent hotel”
Fantastic location with views from 7th floor over the Duoro Breakfast was amongst the very best I have had in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and highly efficient. The location on the south side of the river was excellent in amongst the port "caves"

“Good, not great.”
5-star delivered by people who have never experienced 5 stars. They kind of tick every box, but the between-the-lines stuff is lacking. Examples. The water... The bottled water in the rooms tastes of treated sewage. Why not serve clean bottled water like everyone else does?? Pool towels... Why not … more
