We had a great stay at the Renaissance Lapa Hotel. The room was amazing, large and well furnished, with a desk, chair, and a chaise longue. Nice hotel and good food. Pool area not big enough (not enough loungers) and breakfast is v busy - not enough staff, service is a little lacking. And hotel is far from town
