“excellent stay”
Absolutely beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stopover for 2 nights, the staff were amazing and so was the food in the Parisa restaurant and the Buffet Breakfast in the Deli Kitchen, the room was absolutely spotless and so comfortable all credit to the amazing staff.

“For a 5 star hotel the welcome was unacceptable and inhospitable.”
Booked as a 2 night stopover with Qatar Airways and treated accordingly by receptionist. We arrived about 1230hrs and told room wasn't ready even though hotel was half empty.
