A great welcome personally showed to our room.All the team demonstrated excellent levels of service and care.The quality of the food and drink was outstanding,the additional snack in the afternoon virtually lunch and cake which was free was a welcome bonus.The additional facilities, the health club the indoor and outdoor pool were fantastic.The outdoor pool was so warm easing aching limbs!!The extra support of two local guides who took us on snow shoe trip and alpine walk were knowledgeable and gracious..thank you Ingar and Christian.I would strongly recommend this hotel for either a winter or indeed summer visit.Well done to discreet management and thank u for the welcome party.Look forward to returning.

Rauriserhof is an excellent , family run hotel with great and relaxed atmosphere, located in the picturesque alpine village of Rauris.Skibus stop is just outside the hotel.We stayed in rooms facing the mountains with great views. Managers and all staff members are very friendly , always present , extremely helpful and professional. Hotel and our rooms were very clean, thanks to non visible , but very professional cleaning team. We were served excellent food made of high quality, locally sourced ingredients.Dining atmosphere and service was fantastic! In terms of activities, every day at breakfast we received Morning News with suggestions and tips of the day on how to spend time in The Rauriserhof hotel or in the nature . We spent most days on snowy mountain slopes. Inside the hotel outdoor heated pool and indoor panorama swimming pool were main family attraction before dinner. We also used stylish hotel lobby area, wich provided comfort, space and great atmosphere for relaxation and socialising . We would like to use this opportunity to say Big Thank you and Best wishes to hotel owners Sandra & Martin and the entire Rauriserhof team .

I just love this place.  The whole hotel , its well thought out routine and setup was just like a big hug from your favourite grandma, really comforting and welcoming. We had great food, lots of outdoors and fresh air and a good nights sleep every night. I returned from this holiday so refreshed and invigorated! My partner is the skier and he spent fabulous days on the slopes with an Irish friend we met around the fire in the hotel reception area on the second night! They both enjoyed the days out skiing, eating and having a beer or two. As for me, I slept like a dream every night in the cozy beds, woke to a super high quality nutritious breakfast before heading out on a different adventure put on by the Hotel Rauriserhof everyday. My favourite activity was the guided snow shoe hikes offered every day. These were EXACTLY what I needed. We also really enjoyed the romantic candlelit walk around the village, an Austrian tradition at this time of year. The hiking and activities were organised and run by two leaders, Christian and Ina, both of whom are kind and very skilled at leading activities for all ages and abilities. I met so many lovely people on these excursions. Finally, returning back to the hotel after a days adventure was a whole other level of happiness - relaxing in the spa and taking advantage of the heated outdoor pool which was magical. I can never forget swimming at night just the glow of the stars above and the lights of the pool rising through the steam and the sound of the church bells ringing. I will not ever forget that experience. And that was never the end of the day…the dinners were divine! On the first night we were greeted and taken to our table for the week, introduced to our waiter Fabian who was impeccable and engaging. The food choices were many and varied and all courses included vegetarian options. The quality was just exceptional. I never felt so well fed! We will return again and again just like so many others before us. ❤️ Thank you to the family Mayr and all the employees at the hotel who made our stay so very memorable ❤️❤️

​Our family is just finishing a week-long stay at the Hotel Rauriserhof (booked through Crystal), and I can honestly say it has been one of the best ski holiday experiences we’ve ever had. Having stayed in ski hotels all over Europe, this one is now easily at the top of my list. ​The service here is second to none. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional. Absolutely brilliant food. Every meal was a highlight of our day—the quality and variety are exceptional. ​We traveled with our baby daughter, and she had the absolute time of her life. The environment is incredibly welcoming for families. ​We opted for one of the unrenovated, more budget-friendly rooms. While it wasn't one of the newer suites, it was immaculate, cozy, and lovely. It’s a testament to the hotel that even their "standard" rooms are kept to such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. ​ ​If you are looking for a blend of traditional Austrian charm, incredible dining, and genuine warmth, look no further. We are already planning our return trip! A massive thank you to the Rießlegger-Mayr family and all the staff for looking after us so well. We hope to see you again soon!
