“Great little hotel by the beach”

This is a very nice family run small hotel. Two people came out to the parking lot to help us with our bags. The rooms were nicely set up and very clean. Ocean view from the balcony. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was great and breakfast buffet the next morning was also very good. I would definitely go back.

“Out of season stay and restaurant review”

We stayed here for 4 nights, out of season. The area was so quiet. Nothing to do as everywhere is closed. The room was nice, with a balcony overlooking the sea side. But a very small balcony! We stayed here for 4 nights, out of season. The area was so quiet. Nothing to do as everywhere is closed. The room was nice, with a balcony overlooking the sea side. But a very small balcony! The breakfast was ok. Standard pastry option, cold fridge for salads and fish. They had 2 out of three bay maries with hot food but this was Luke warm. They had eggs which were ok but very odd selection otherwise including frozen mixed vegetables. Really grizzly Romanian sausage, chewy cheese parcles and very sour tropical fruit juice to go with it. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but maybe because we were out of season and they were winding down. We ate here twice in the evenings. First night was lovely, a really delicious duck in meal and pasta dish. Couldn't fault it. The cheesecake was lovely, still a bit frozen and came with berries but they were a bit mouldy. The second meal was a disappointment, I had a chicken dish with very odd sauce. Struggled to finish the dish. But service was nice enough. Would have been nice to be checked on or asked if we wanted another drink or bill. Every time we wanted service we had to go find the staff. So very mixed feelings regarding this residence!

“Week-end getaway”

I liked the sea view from the room, and the room amenities. Room seem a lot larger than average, so that was definitely a plus. The breakfast spread in the morning was good too. Overall staff was nice and helpful. Better to visit during season.

Considering that we were there outside the season, namely in November, we just assume that due to the location it might be noisy during summer on one hand, on tbe other hand you are immediately on the beach. The hotel has restaurant and self service catering, and a wonderful terrace with view on all sides on the roof. People were nice and hospitable. It was clean, the food was good, the breakfast was excellent. The best thing in the hotel is that is full of books everywhere, in the room, in the lobby.. that's great. The worse thing is that you hear everything from neighbouring rooms... terrible.. maybe the rooms that face the back of the hotel (not the sides) are better in this regard. The hotel has a parking behind it. We had a partial view to the sea, a small balcony, but that didn't give much possibility to put out drying wet clothes during summer, this is a minus. The hotel and the room look good, exactly on the seaside, at 10 meters from the telegondola, but the downsides were the noise from the neighbours, the smell from the bathroom, the lack of a rack on the balcony, the not so large choices of food at the restaurant at lunch/dinner (this probably changes during the season).
