Great hotel, super clean, perfect service - high quality breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds - we will sure come again. Being little outside and close to airport (10min.) and city centre (10min.) - I recommend Uber/Bolt taking you for less than 4€ into centre.

Makes me very happy to know that finally there is such kind of accommodation in Timisoara where we spent 3 relaxing nights at Tresor. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco and check-in is done quickly. Room is well maintained with enough amenities and smart system. We tried both breakfast and dinner and we were satisfied with the variety of choices and taste. Staff throughout the location is on par with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Since it was October we were not able to use the available pool. Do be aware of the fact that this hotel is located quite far from the city center, but Uber is always an option. what i do find strange and the only minus for this place is that for late checkout the hotel's policy state that there is a fee of 15EUR/h which for me sounds not reasonable. Same applies for Hilton members. All in all i would still choose this hotel for my next visit as they deliver what is promised!

This year in may I was attending an event that was hosted at the "Tresor Le Palais" in Timisoara - to be honest, even that I live in Timisoara I did not knew about its existence until I went there. So about the event and the business center - the main "ballroom" was spacious - for this event it could host about 200 people seating ... so quite generous, with good facilities in terms of sound and image. The smaller rooms were also spacious and the one called the "Pool Lounge" was also a good experience - with a decent seating capacity for like 25-30 people. Meeting rooms spacious and clean, comfortable seating - nothing to complain from that perspective. Easy to navigate and signs were everywhere, so easy to find the rooms - also the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hosting the event would not have been complete without the lunch provided on the premises - I'm not sure if it was also prepared at the hotels kitchen , but if yes , I can say it was really good - top quality food nothing to complain. ( service and presentation was also impeccable). Overall I have to say it definitely a very good hotel for hosting events - big (like this one) or smaller - where the smaller rooms can be easily used, so if you are looking for organizing an event this can be be a very good place, that's for sure.

Pros: - very kind, welcoming, helpful and efficient staff - very clean all around - modern facility in good condition and very well-maintained common areas - The price included the spa and an outdoor pool - quiet area during the night and a comfortable bed Cons: - not very easy to find the access road to the hotel - shower's drain partially clogged, causing water to accumulate after 40-50 seconds of running the shower - one of the nightstand light was not working - complicated home smart system to control the light, the AC, the curtains, needing time to read the instructions and practice - the coffee machine is located in the cabinet, making it very difficult to fill with water to make coffee - paid €270 for one night for a King room and breakfast not included
