Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel's swimming pool and sports complex will be closed for maintenance work from 07/29/2024 to 08/18/2024. The hotel is undergoing reconstruction from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in building A (3 stars) on the 3rd floor. Building A has three stars and building B has four stars. Registration of foreign citizens is 150.00 RUB per person and is paid by guests at the reception and accommodation upon arrival at the hotel. The swimming pool is located in a sports complex, on the same territory as the hotel. Admission is available for an additional fee. “hotwire pick 3 star on my 3 days saint petersburg, russia sept. 14-16, 2017”
will never get a hotel again from Hotwire. i relied on the 90% positive review score why i booked my 3 nights trying to save money for a 3 star hotel. hotel neptune is quite far from the city center. there is nothing around the hotel. hotel receptionist are very cold they can speak english but need… more
