“Great Location”

“Good choice”
Not first time in this hotel. But this time it was family trip. Clean and pretty pretty nice rooms. Not all views are pleasant. You’d better get view to the streets. “Nice place to stay in Rostov”
Convenient location, price (atleast at the time of my search) was reasonable and better than similar places. Good service, room was a bit small, but very clean, AC controls could be better, one complain though was WiFi was not good at all upstairs, but overall, I'd recommend it.

“Average hotel, overated”
The hotel is very outdated and needs some TLC. The bath and coffee mugs were not cleaned properly. Staff on the other hand was lovely and very helpful. It is located in the nice location close to the city center and nice parks and walks.
