“Excellent location”
We checked into the Europa about 90 mins before our World Cup match started having been double booked and then dumped in the suburbs by our initial hotel nearby. “Bad design”
The room is big , the design of bathroom is not comfotable , the toilet is placed very close to the vanity so you can not sit on the wc in normal way , the breakfast is very poor and not delicious . the only thing in this hotel is the location . it is very expensive for the service that you get .

“Not European standard”
First night - no hot water in the room and any apologies from the staff. Cigarettes smell on the stairs. Rude staff in the breakfast bar and in the ground night bar. Inside the room, instead normal double or king size bed - two single beds joint together. Very uncomfortable.
