“good location and big rooms”

“Nice hotel, bad service”
I’ve been living here for 5 days. Great location, nice rooms, friendly administrators. Lack of supplies in the rooms, no coffee/tea in the rooms. Sometimes (30.06.2023) breakfast serving staff is rude and unprofessional (9:30 am no food for breakfast)
