“Friendly Staff”
Stayed here for 8 days and love it. The location of hotel is great as its only 5 mins to city centre. The bonus about this hotel is stuff work in restaurant they can not do enough for you. The food in restaurant is delicious. Thank you Yana, ELENA, Polina and Mr manager Delis.

“Nice hotel”
My wife and i stayed at the Crystal Hotel for two nights. Our room was quite big. Bed was very comfortable. Shower worked a treat. Room and bathroom were very clean.
