This time around, it was in October. As before, we came there by car. My wife and I. I have nothing to add to my previous excellent review. Superb! Since on the last occasion we had somewhat hefty baggage and the hotel does not offer a porter's service, I'd asked for a room on the ground floor and we got it. The room was impeccably clean, boasted reliable sound insulation, a comfy bed, two bottles of water and a basket of fruit as a complimentary amenity, and other small extras which make a traveller's life more enjoyable. Take a bow, buddies!

“Still gorgeous”

That was our third stay there. In early September. Me, my wife, our daughter and our four-year-old granddaughter (two rooms). Nothing to add to my previous positive review(s). Clean, quiet, cozy, friendly, roomy, modest but tasty breakfast, own guarded parking (at an additional fee). There are two moments to bear in mind: a) breakfast is served in the basement with no windows and b) their parking is small, so one should better talk it over with them in advance. Recommended. Hands down! (And they speak some English!)

We saw very positive reviews by TripAdvisor followers and never regretted our choice. This is just what you'd expect from a three-star hotel - good location in the downtown, guarded parking (for three cars, less than five bucks a day!!!), extremely clean everywhere inside, cozy rooms, decent breakfast and SMILES. Yes, smiles in the country where they are not a mask for every passer-by but a treasured souvenir. It's an old wholly-renovated early XXth century mansion with no elevator - but with a huge bellboy (actually, a bellgiant) so no worries. Rooms are different, take ## 12, 13 (our choice) and 14 - they are the coziest. One can mention among disadvantages few sockets, a powerless hair-dryer, lack of rugs on the (plastic) floor and sound insulation which leaves much to be desired if the property is packed. Don't be disapponted to find no slippers and bathrobes in your room, just inform the staff and they'll be fetched at a symbolic price. Some reviews in Russian say that windows are not that cold-proof but this was not our experience. To make a long story short - a sound three-star thingamejig. We'd return there. And - yes! - you may book not just a room but a concrete number.

Having read all these reviews it's a tough task to add something pleasant than other guests already reported. Indeed it's fantastic location in the very centre of Yaroslavl, everything is around in a few minutes of walking. Be advised that they have very limited parking lots, and it's hard to guess where the entrance to the parking is located. Call them and ask for guidance. Cozy room with homey and comfortable beds. However reading lights were right above heads, not on left or right side - above. So be careful when you get out of bed, it may hit you head. Two types of blinds provide almost complete blackout. Fridge with minibar upset me, it was a kind of noisy. Yet that didn't hinder my sleep. Others could be more vulnerable to such sounds. Likewise I have reasons to complain about air conditioner. We thought that temperature in the room should be warmer. So decided to engage air conditioner into heating. Based on its remote it was capable of doing that job. To our regret it didn't heat air. Instead it produced gurgling sounds while cooling air.
