We recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was excellent, and the resort is beautifully situated on a small cove with gorgeous views. We travel quite a bit, and this was our first time at a Royalton resort. What impressed me most was the staff. No matter where you encountered them — in the hallway, walking along the sidewalk to the pool or beach, in the restaurants, sitting in the lobby, or at the bar — they always greeted you warmly. I never saw a staff member without a smile on their face, and honestly, I can understand why living in such a beautiful place. The only recommendation I would make is not to rent a car. The roads are extremely challenging, with constant hairpin turns and steep ditches. Even though we rented a car, we ultimately chose to stay at the resort for most of the trip. The grounds are lovely and clean the pools very clean the beach is very tidy and swimming in the sea is amazing the staff are lovely snd the rooms are very spacious and very clean all that 10 out of 10 The food in the food hall let it down the breakfasts they are very nice and lots of selections but lunch and evening meals are very basic and repeated , you can eat in the selected restaurants which you book and they are very nice it’s just the same old food in the main room I’m not a morning old person because I loved it here it is just the food, if a better selection was served then this place would be up there with the best

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and unfortunately the experience did not live up to the price or expectations. One of the biggest disappointments was that we were promised an ocean view room, but that was not what we received up arrival. For the amount paid for two people, this was extremely frustrating and felt misleading. The overall atmosphere of the resort felt very dated and lacked the luxury feel that is usually associated with An Autograph Collection. Our room was not the cleanest, and several furnishings appeared worn out, damaged or dirty, which made the stay feel neglected rather than luxurious or relaxing. While the service was acceptable and staff were generally polite, nothing about the experience stood out as exceptional. The amenities were decent enough, but again, nothing that justified the very high cost. It became clear throughout the stay that the resort focuses more on accommodating large volumes of guest rather than providing a quality experience. Overall, the trip was overpriced for what was delivered, and I would not consider it a good value compared to other all inclusive resorts.

First and last time vacationing with Royalton chain..Stayed at hideaway for 7 nights definitely not a 5 * luxurious resort. Room reeks of mildew very very limited storage unpacking space. Room totally outdated Diamond Club ocean Room views were great. Grounds are very well manicured. Buffet was terrible food was always cold on top of that You could not wear anytype of hat this is an island and can't wear any type of straw hat or beach hat to a buffet..I understand the policy for formal restaurants but for a buffet unacceptable. The restaurants also very outdated seats you were scared to sit on either leather ripped or soiled very bad. No mini bar with alchol in your room and this is supposed to be 5 star? Room service forget it food ice cold. So here's what put the icing on cake day 4 of our vacation come back to room after massage and room is flooded front desk no sense of urgency told us nothing they can do we had to wait for maintenance no request to move us they cared less thank God for our butler Esther and housekeeping who helped to escalate the issue and get us switched to another room we dealt with this for several hours we lost during our vacation. You would think management would reach out to apoligize for inconvenience or something we never heard from anyone about our issue which is unacceptable the money we paid for this vacation this experience was a total let down. We travel to different countries at least 3x a year first time we had to give credit card for them to hold didn't like that. Beware you also pay 6pp per night for local tax fee. This should also not be advertised as Adults Only adults side 1 restaurant this is huge resort that You have to walk a distance to get to other side for restaurants. Diamind club adults only not monitored for pool or beach so why did we pay extra good question! Foam Party adults indulging in alchol pool fool of kids not a hood vibe at all! Best part of our stay were our Butlers Esther and Garvin may God bless them they did little things to make us feel so special they always checked in on us throughout the day anything we needed they handled with out any issue. Thank you again Esther and Garvin for making us feel so soecial. Royalton you should be shamed of yourself advertising as 5* NOT!!!! Last note not resorts fault 1st time in my life I got car sick we had a private transfer the roads omg were so winding BEWARE 2hr ride.
