My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at the Windjammer Landing in St Lucia. Starting with the driver from the airport, everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond to provide an excellent vacation. Conversations were genuine, professional and helpful at all times. The facilities and actives were more than we expected. And the views from every aspect of the resort were spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

We celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary and a couple of birthdays at this resort during the first week in March 26. Our villa was 32A located in the hillside which had wonderful views of the bay and the sea. Almost every evening we witnessed some magical and enchanting sunsets. The staff were very friendly which enhanced the experience. We couldn't have picked a better resort. Our sincere thanks to the management and the staff for making this a very memorable and priceless experience. Highly recommended and would certainly love to go back.

Windjammer Landing is situated along a beautiful hillside making it an outstanding location! Shuttles are readily available to escort you at any time to your rooms/villas higher up on the hillside so be prepared. Very steep but a great workout if you care to walk it. Some villas are located further down and an easy walk to the lobby and beach with some steep sections. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly, especially great for families. The pool is stunning, the chairs very comfortable with many umbrellas and towels for all. Jammers is a beachside restaurant which makes things quite easy for lunch, there is a mini mart but don't depend on it for everything. They do carry wine and licquor but watch the dates. 2 of our wines were bad when we opened them. Stop at the grocery store in Castries on the way in if you want regular food at a better price. Embers is also great for lunch on the beach and quite popular. The food is OK. Amenities include paddle boards, paddle boats, kayaks, wind surfing with a great selection of life jackets and snorkel gear. The water is generally clear with a lot fun things to do in the water. The gym has 3 Peleton bikes so pack your clip ons, treadmills, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, weight machines, plenty of free weights and an enclosed area for mats, stretching etc. They do seem unable to keep up with towel supplies and wipe down supplies so bring your own. The site is very clean around the pool and restaurants. A couple of things to be aware of: the rooms are not created equal. We spent a lovely first few nights in a room before our 1 week timeshare and then 1 night prior to our departure day. The last room was shockingly filthy! Window coverings were grey with dirt, the shutters were black with dirt, the sliding doors hardly slid due to years of dirt in the tracks, mirrors were falling off the walls, the kitchen cabinets were falling off, no microwave (all units are suppose to have them), the shower caddy had clearly fallen on 3 separate occasions and now none just to mention a few things. Thankfully it was only for 1 night but the price of US$990.00 was far too excessive. We were honestly quite shocked that they would rent this room (and like others like it as we later found out.) For 1 night before going home that's fine but truly not acceptable to place a family for this price per night for 1 week. Unfortunately you do not know what you will receive until check in. This was unit #46. Be aware and check your final invoice very carefully. A number of people at checkout were questioning the amounts and found to have had charges that did not belong to them. We had 2 credits missing ourselves. Their accounting system needs some work. Just check everything, as you should, before you check out. Locations with spectacular views do make a lovely setting for much needed vacations but we felt these 2 items were just not what a world wide designated resort should be experiencing.
