This was the first time we have taken our daughter on holiday abroad. She has many allergies and not going to lie I had huge anxiety taking her to another country not knowing what I’ll be feeding her. Pleased to say, the anxiety didn’t last long, a wonderful member of staff called Jennifer found us almost everyday to check everything was ok and went through what she could and couldn’t eat! We found other members of staff super friendly with my daughter making her feel so special remembering her name! I hope they can read this and know that you have set the bar high for future holidays abroad! X

“10/10 First Year Butler Service”

We’re part of the Bay Gardens Vacation Club, but this trip was one we’ll never forget! It was luxury at its finest. To our surprise, we were placed at the Waters Edge Villas, a beautiful four-bedroom villa right on the marina in St. Lucia, complete with its own pool and Butler service. The views were breathtaking, and the entire experience felt like a dream. This was the first year Bay Gardens introduced Butler service, and they absolutely nailed it. Every single person on the Butler team, including the managers, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special. They were attentive, warm, and always just a quick message away whenever we needed anything. What really made this trip stand out was how genuinely kind and personable everyone was. We truly enjoyed spending time with them, both on and off the resort, and we’ve made connections that will last a lifetime. This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. It’s worth every bit of the investment, and we’re already counting down the days until we return next year! 💖💖

“Family fun”

This place is family friendly and the entire staff is wonderful. I do not have anything bad to say. I do want you to know a few things I didn’t know before arriving. I should have checked more about it. We are 74 years old and upon arriving our room was not ready, even at 4:00. We finally got in at 5:00…the 3rd floor…we were thrilled. Ocean and pool view. No elevators. It was quite a haul but we did it anyway for the view. Another issue were pool towels. They only will give you one. Many times after it’s wet the attendent wasn’t there for exchange. The shuttle was a plus as we did not want to do AI so they would deliver us to our restaurants. Kudos to KEM for being on top of our room and towels. To Elton, Anton, Makada and Roger at the bar, the sweet people at the front desk and the entire staff for making our vacation a delight.
